Oh that's the modern era likely. The whole show went to complete shit when Eliot Stabler left the series. Then it became the Olivia Benson hour and without a based man to balance her out, the show became unbearable. I watched a few seasons past his departure and it's torture.

One of my favorite episodes was the one where Robin Williams is obsessed with only eating seasonal crops and he pretends to be different people over the phone. Or the one where James Van Der Beek was a fertility doctor who implants a bunch of his own children in women.
The Robin Williams one was where he pretended to torture Olivia Benson by strapping her to some electrocution device triggered by stabler. I don't remember seasonal crops haha.
