Y'know it just occurs to me now after all these years... they claim they hate Hitler because of his "authoritarianism" but they're happy to use it by themselves all the same which appears hypocritical.

But what if it's really because it wasn't "authoritarianism" but his opposition to homosexuality?

We're taught to hate Hitler in schools so some of that comes automatically if you stay within the educational indoctrination.
