Oh yeah? Like what? The Embarcadero in SF where you run into homeless zombies after dark? The Mall of America where white toddlers get thrown over 4-story railings? The Gold Coast in Chicago that's regularly run over by black flash mobs stealing stuff?
I mean, you could find a given time that those places look decent, but nobody's building any more of them.
