It was created and largely written by Seth Rogen.
That's all you need to know.
If Seth Rogan somehow managed to write something actually funny, it'd probably STILL be unwatchable garbage for some other reason.
For every 1 time it's funny it'll be gross/crass/subversive/cringe 10 times.
Doesn't add up.
