They actually had to do something this time. Lawyered up, built a case linking his various shell companies, rebutted some bullshit, and got a favorable ruling.
That said, they haven't truly won yet, they've still got to prove the Rothschild knowingly tried to shake them down and dismantle his pretending to be retarded defence, and convince the judge to let them go for Leigh Rothschild himself rather than sticking millions of dollars in judgements on a shell company with about tree fiddy in assets.
