They're trained on human data. Created by humans, searched by human code, annotated by human beings. It's not magic. It's just going to repeat reddit threads back to you.

Meanwhile if you look at the image in the post the judge literally wrote an order ending "SIGNED this 31st day of February." The explanation is right there in front of your face.
