The conquistadors had to fight the aztecs mayans and incans to conquer them.

The conquistadors were conquered by welcoming in colonialist migrants and providing housing, food, transportation, and voting rights to them.

Why didn't the mayans, aztecs, and incans simply just provide the Spanish Conquistadors housing, food, and say in their government? And the mayan aztec and incan women could have rushed to the defense of invaders. Instead, they actually fought to defend their land.
