They didn't handle him as well as they could have, and they made a split second reaction that resulted in him being killed.

If only there were some way that guy could have not been in that situation.

Instead he went out the FAGS way: Fuck Around & Get Shot.

Also, he broke a rib the week before pulling a similar stunt.
