In 2018 and I lost 85 lbs with a combination of keto, calorie counting, and swimming 45 minutes a week. I developed a similar gaunt look. My personal experience has me leaning to believe the ozempic face thing is a combination of rapid weight loss and botox/face fillers.
Sort of. It's elastic - and much like elastic stuff, it can shrink back down. If you lose weight too fast, the elasticity doesn't "stretch back to normal" but if you lose weight slowly it slowly reshapes itself.
I'm assuming it's a lot like ozempic face.
