Right, they are trafficing children.

I definitely feel bad for the children since they are not* consenting to coming to the country illegally. They are being forced by adults.

I think at a minimum the children need to be assessed for abuse. Many are, and I don't think we should deport children with their abusers. They need to get adopted or put into foster care, some need to be separated from their parents
