for whatever reason, there is the general sentiment that jews are smart and hard working.... because they hold high positions in institutions, etc. That is based on the social basis of meritocracy being functional.
But jews operate on tribalism in cultures [the west] that operate on a meritocracy. Jeets do the same as jews as they operate the same way. They get into positions of authority then hire/promote other jews/jeets regardless of their competency. Their prime directive is the destruction of whites and white culture in white nations. Also the suppression and discrimination of white people: they continue to operate on tribalism while pretending they are not and insisting the rest of the west operate on meritocracy..... except now DEI has taken over.
In all, whites are discriminated against in all aspects of the social hierarchy to their own detriment, at a benefit to jews and non-whites.
