I can't imagine the type of society they are trying to create. Let's imagine they succeed and any kind of offense (no matter how light) is illegal. This person is now totally unprepared to meet the rest of the world. Interaction with the outside world will have them mentally and emotionally broken.

Recall how people were treated under Mao and Pol Pot. See anything familiar?
“The world” doesn’t exist once this is passed. There will never be anything to meet, because the second your feelings are hurt you cal the police and they kill whoever hurt your feelings. That’s the entire point.
Not much different than how things work already.
