Yeah, that's bad. I know it's slowmo, so it's a little deceptive because it makes reaction times look different...but the guy removes the gun in clear view of the guy that shoots him in the back, it looks like.
Which also probably means I'm wrong with this post, and it wasn't an ND, although I'd have to go through again and check...but that shot to the back might be the first one. Like I said, both that and the P320 link up audio-wise, but only one can be true.

You're clear view is like 10 degrees. Unless he actually looked near the holster in the meantime then he didn't know if the gun was there or not.
