Why would a medieval setting have lgbt?

Its the weirdest thing. Leftist say white/euro history is full of racism, bigotry and homophobia. But at the same time want gays and blacks everywhere in a white/euro game lol. So if i play the game, i can infer that in fact white/euro history is full of diversity and tolerance, which negates what leftists say.

Also.. aside from being 99% ugly, these western AAA games, the characters and NPC are indistinguishable from the games they belong to. From back 4 blood, to forspoken, to highguard, to fable, to redfalls, to saints row reboot, to unknown 9. If you get rid of their outfits, you can put those characters into each others games and you wouldnt know.
