They removed their ability to qualify for federal funds. Qualified immunity needed to go. Fucking with homeschool curriculum just causes parents to move to a state that doesn't fuck with home school curriculum. ( a Midwest state tried to force homeachool to use public school curriculum, parents made it clear they would just move. )/
