I said this a decade ago--on KiA prime even--something the likes of:

"We're headed to an entertainment singularity, a future wherein all content will be spaceball-headed black translesbians fucking each other in the ass. This will be television, streaming, movies, video games, and on billboards, nothing but this, everywhere, all the time."

I no longer think this is inevitable, but I still think this where we have been headed, and this faggy stoor trook degradation is just one of many, many intermediary steps.
