I didn't see any evidence for any "scam". They don't earn a lot and they have a lot of kids, so they get benefits. I don't think not paying into the federal treasury is some sort of great virtue.
Able-bodied adults refusing to get a job and being a leech off of the taxpayer isn't a scam?
I thought welfare was only for mothers with children.
Clearly not in New York.
