I guess they mean generic Republicans. Its pretty well established knowledge that Epstein and Trump are a duo over there. They are calling him the Right pervert. While Hunter is the left pervert.

That is stupid. Trump assisted the prosecution to try to jail Epstein in 2000 or so.

Bill Clinton and Epstein is actually true.
