under Obama, a very drunk Mexican guy blew through the traffic light in the center of a town about 4 minutes from where I sit. He hit another car and the woman driving that was paralyzed from the neck down. He had no papers, no history, no license, no habla englais. The police didn't even know what to do with him.

Same story, same era, different town. No papers, no insurance, absolutely blasted on booze. Except this woman died in a fireball along with the passenger, and he'd already skipped town before they physically tracked him down. Her church spent more time praying he didn't end up getting treated "unfairly" than they did for her two kids. Insanity.

Bet half the counties in the country have a similar story.
