He's equating her death with Kirk which is stupid.

Absolutely. As I said, I like Tucker, but anyone who tries to equate the two events deserves notching but scorn for that opinion.

Kirk was sitting there, when someone murdered him. He was not a physical threat to anyone.

This lady drove a car at an armed federal agent, who then shot her.

They're not fucking the same.
