It looks like they were planning for this: I've seen reports from Minneapolis that there were at least four other attempts to get a car near a group of ICE agents, and every time there were a bunch of agitators right on site filming with their phones. They were trying to make this happen, and they had their signs and rent-a-mobs on standby for when it did.
