All that Manson-inspired family policy doesn't come for free, it's funded by bond issuance. These bonds have an interest rate based on what the market is willing to pay. Many of those are up for refinancing at higher rates this year.
So, seizing Venezuelan oil is a way to force nations to buy US Treasuries for access (likely also why he betrayed Israel to the oil states) and push the refinancing rate down, as well as a way to have more income to try and cover the debt from the natalist retard spiral.
