The central two are certainly the best, if I were to do it again I'd do all of them in pairs.

The other four ladies. Five Inner scouts and four Outer scouts = nine scouts. I kind of wimped out on this one due to it being basically impossible to have all nine girls distinct in one generation, at least with my level of knowledge, but I might give arglide's multi-character method a try in the future.
A couple funny things about the Sailor Scouts: Rei is the center of the group more than Serena/Usagi, which actually kind of makes sense. Rei is the hottest. Also, Sailor Uranus consistently wears men's clothes in my model, which also makes sense (unfortunately).
Also check the comments in the threads for more contributions like Lara Croft, chocobos, Pokemon birds, Johnny Silverhand, Solid Snake, Sarah Kerrigan, Pyra, and Mythra from u/Kienan and u/arglide.
I was going to be significantly lazier than that and just post this and call it a day, but okay, I'll see if I can do a little better.
Lol not bad though. I'm always amazed how the fabrics are handled with these AI animations. This has to be able to speed up the studio workflow, I just can't imagine it not having an application.
The animation in this test video was actually way better, but the starting image didn't have the right number of women, so I gave it a new image and let it generate a bunch of videos overnight, only to find out they were all fairly messed up.

And, just like yesterday, my basic generator just shits the bed repeatedly. But I'm happier with these results, versus yesterday. Also, for some reason Wonder Woman is uniquely prone to unintentional cloning with my system, and it was hard to just get one of her.

Wonder Woman fits surprisingly well with the Sailor Scouts! And yeah cloning is just a problem with multi character prompts for some reason, although some models are better than others.
I use PixAI with a few different models. They keep on continuously improving it so I'm happy to buy into the system, although you can do pretty well just grabbing the 10,000 daily credits. Their search function isn't good and returns all kinds of weird fetish stuff from their userbase, but you can curate away from that easily.
Sailor Moon fan of about 30 years here.
At the risk of sounding pretentious, I have to point out that the official English term is now "Sailor Guardians," thanks to the excellent Viz dub of the series. "Sailor Senshi" is still acceptable, though--I just want the DIC terminology gone, since the Viz version beats it in every way.
It's completely uncensored now, too. They're not "cousins" anymore. Plus they actually did all 200 episodes.
