How would that fit for a video game though?

If you depict the sex, you're getting an AO rating and being listed alongside the AI hentai slop on Steam. If you don't, it's just a five second fade to black for no logical reason a la Mass Effect.

Idk, KCD2 didn't get AO despite their gay butt sex scenes. They don't have no show full penetration, or anything.
