Not really. Back in the day of GG people posted some DARPA related videos where a bunch of commies were at some convention, about 20-30 in a room, discussing how they needed to change video games to make people "think and vote correctly".
I fully believe the stuff we're seeing today is intentional propaganda, but the people are too stupid to be subtle about it. That's what a few generations of nepotism will get you.
100%, I do believe it was orchestrated but what they did was create the systems that then go on to self perpetuate the propaganda without much need for any control over them.
It's not a top-down directive that is continuously ordered and maintained such that if we just cut off the head of the snake, everything reverts back to square one. We've now entered an era where all the previously brainwashed people are running the system that was created with the purpose such that these brainwashed people would end up promoting the original objectives of what the puppet masters wanted without the puppets even taking in any new orders.
I've actually seen that in action with project Mockingjay/Mockingbird i forget what it was called, but basically 4chan did a little trolling and got black women to complain about white feminists. Once it became real, it was self sufficient.
