Somalis specifically brag about cheating money out of corrupt governments. It stands to reason that the imported population would bring that practice over as well.

Anyone who calls out someone with brown skin, no matter how justified, runs the risk of being called racist. this can have consequences ranging from bad publicity to loss of business and, indirectly, loss of financial credit. Given a population where an equal number of whites and browns attempt to commit fraud, more browns will get away with it.
kickbacks. Politicians are happy to facilitate fraud or look the other way if they get to scrape 10% off the top. Combine this with 1 and 2, and you have a well-oiled money printing machine for everyone involved.

But why aren’t whites who absolute right to these programs even ever hardly told about their existence or how to apply with absolution of approval like it seems these people do. I mean most people especially whites know maybe of 3 or e programs the basic ones, and it’s a huge draw out process. Why is no one helping them and “taking 10% off the top?”
