Veni Veni Emmanuel is sourced from sixth century Christian chants in Italy, so I'd say it is unlikely to be some jew concoction.

Why would I get mad about a Christmas carol mentioning something that is in every bible ever published?

Besides, it's not like the modern state of Israel has anything to do with the ancient territory.
