Well, Trump pushing out so many illegals has already lowered rents in some cities & probably will do the same for houses too.

It is bad if you lose value on your house, but ever-rising prices are not a good idea either. Just leave the market alone! Note: Canada's markets are government regulated to the Nth degree, then they wonder why no one wants to build new housing/rentals here.
