Apparently 4 were at the scene, on duty & did not lift a finger until AFTER a civilian (a Muslim man) disarmed one of the gunmen.
It took 20 minutes for them to act.
Some people are claiming him as a Christian, but who knows. Probably a Muslim, based on name. Either way, he went fucking boss mode...although he should have pulled the trigger on that fucker. From what I heard, the shooter rearmed and got back in the fight, when the civilian had him dead to rights.
Still, either way, he stepped up in a big way, and I applaud him. But, yeah, take the fucker out. Come on.
Apparently NOT a "fruit seller" but runs/owns a convenience story / tobacco store.
Still a hero.
Question: Did the cops shoot him? They only started firing AFTER he disarmed the gunman. Somehow, by sheer coincidence, 10 minutes into the attack they got in position at that exact moment. 😡 Reportedly.
