Who else gives a shit about Lara Croft? The game pretty much solely continues to exist because of them.
And don't get me started on Marvel Rivals. Forced marriage propaganda cutscenes interspersed with Swimsuit Summer events. I'm not joking about that.

They haven't sold well, that's why Embracer sold off the IP and eventually the developer.
At this point, these games should just go the Dead or Alive route. Make dogshit with jiggle physics.
Also, the 2013 game sold 11 million units. As of 2021, the whole series has sold over 80 million.
