These congressmen are not retarded, they’re all owned by jews. When one of the lowly goyim dare offend Congress’ owners, Congress has to let their bosses know they’re not happy about it either, but because they can’t arrest people over free speech yet, they’ll just do whatever the fuck they’re doing right now, even though it accomplishes nothing yet. They’ll change the laws soon and some jew owned high court judge will deem it to be totally constitutional.
