Bog standard European whites VS Somalis, Indians, Latinos, Africans.
They're given the same area and quality of land. And outfitted with the same starter set of raw materials (building materials, seeds, agricultural equipment, livestock).
No one can venture in or out of their respective test areas for five years. Camera drones can fly over to document progress.
