It was actually in 1974. For some reason it's always stated as late 60s. It was a weird misprint in the "paper or record" that was corrected in the late edition but the original still floats around...
Me too; I'm tired of people like this on twitter, who will never do anything themselves, expecting me and everyone else to do it for them.
