Nope, it's not based. Not even accidentally. Whites going into native lands is considered bad because it's colonialism, and colonialism is bad because Whites do it. Once you understand much of the core of leftist ideology is rooted in the hatred of the White race and desire for its destruction, you'll understand why it's so riddled with double standards.

Also, the only reason Jake can be considered a good guy is because he not only betrayed his race and species, but he literally abandoned his humanity and his Whiteness to become an indigenous blue cat person. If he hadn't done that, the movie would still be considered racist because it used the Mighty Whitey convention that shows how inferior indigenous are since they still need a White man to save them.
