Not only did Nick Fuentes get away from January 6th free, two of his associates, Elijah Schafer and Tayler Hansen also got away with no charges whatsoever despite BOTH having entered the capital building. Fuentes even posted proof that he was warned about attending Jan 6th, yet still commanded a crowd to "break down the barriers and disregard the police". He glows brighter than the sun to anyone who's actually paying attention.
