Found the book at a yard sale back in September. I’ll be happy to read it and leave it at that. This type of casting is just ridiculous

You have to be careful to get the older translations, there’s been a surge of liberal women “modernizing” translations. I think it’s Emily Wilson, that’s also the “influence” for this movie according to Nolan.
I checked. Penguin Publishing. No websites or anything so this edition predates the internet at least
