You failed to address the whole "they rip up things like pipes for plumbing to make new stuff to launch at Israel' deal..

There's a reason EVERY ARAB country doesn't want Palestinian refugees just like how those in Syrian refugee camps along the border WARNED the West about accepting anyone fleeing from Syria to Europe.

There is a destructive personality where they don't want to improve the situation for themselves, only hurt the other side. You'll NEVER improve Gaza just like you'll never improve vast swathes of Africa through investment alone.
