He should make an asylum claim to the US.
The US doesn't like legitimate asylum claims though. Instead of people being persecuted by inhumane laws, we prefer to bring rapists who are escaping a lack of welfare and rape opportunities.

Those poor guys. Fortunately the West gladly gives up our white women and children for mass rape. Us fellow whites wouldn't want them to go through rape withdrawal.
