You agree with me that there's a bubble? That makes no sense. All of the factors you cited are fairly stable. Life expectancy isn't going to drop substantially, houses aren't going to get smaller, and people aren't suddenly going to get better with money. So if these things are the main drivers behind home pricing, houses are actually being priced fairly and there is no bubble.
You're a boomer? Well, that makes sense.
