You can increase the playback speed (I go with 1.45x for SoA videos) but here are the cliff notes:
Liberalism pretends that we can bring in people from anywhere and they'll follow the rules. That's clearly false and will guarantee the downfall of civilized society.
There's more to it but if I had to summarize in two sentences that's what I'd write. Someone else might do better.
