There are huge problems in the training and the general work mindset of actual Americans still as well. I'd blame most of it on the feminism of public schools, woke of colleges, and well I'd also be willing to bet that any of these white students that go through a college computer science program were taught by the same retarded Indians. Hell, I had an Indian C-programming college professor. He thought he was the shit. He was a professor of C language, not rocket science. Marked me down on one of my assignments I remember because he didn't like my algorithm. I don't remember exactly, but his example was shit and you could point out all kinds of failure points and mine was a simple loop. I tried to complain early on but it wasn't worth the trouble give me my grade and fuck off.

Then teenagers can't get jobs of any sort (where they'd learn workplace skills) because all of those jobs are full of Mexicans now. Big tech hiring practices are stupid. Can you pass a coding test? Good you're hired. Who cares if you can actually complete real work.
