To be fair, he highlighted the part about anti-west, anti-colonial sentiment. He seemingly wasn't disputing the part about the being lying, cheating, scumbags.
And he is partially right there. Lots of Indians do feel resentful and hateful, but lots also idolise the west and even the old British cultural mores, albeit in a cargo cult kinda way. Especially in the indian army, where your path to colonel or higher is seemingly dependent on your ability to grow a big mustache and harumph like an English lord. (Understandable that the Indian army would idolize them, the British army did kick their asses quite profoundly)
The only problem is even the ones who idolize the west want to come here and they do that the only way a native jeet knows how, covered in shit and stinking of lies and mediocrity.
It's really wild knowing a few of the "good ones" that bear almost no resemblance to the current status quo. I knew opening the floodgates to the horde would be a disaster, but they hit lows I never knew they could hit.
