Anything that ties you to your ancestors, to tradition, to the sacrifices of the past, to your people’s shared religious values, shared struggles, to a shared experience of any kind is being systematically erased.

They know all of those things unify the White demographic, so they try to separate us from what unites us, while simultaneously flooding society with people who are not only disconnected from all of the above, they often represent the opposite. They’re trying to remove the feeling that this is our home, something worth saving, because the more this place feels like an international hotel that doesn’t represent any of the values and ideals you were raised with, the less willing you’ll be to fight the changes as they occur, especially as the changes become even more drastic than what we’ve seen so far.
