While I agree, South Africa also faces intense pressure from basically every major country in the world. Even the Afrikaners who know what's going on sound like beaten dogs. "We're suffering here, we don't know what to do," stuff like that. Without the sustained attack by US propaganda and culture, I'm not sure libs would exist there. Or at the very least, I doubt they would be dominant.
Step 1: Acquire guns and ammo.
Step 2: Acquire nukes.
Step 3: Declare independence.
Step 4: Threaten nuclear retaliation.
Step 5: No one wants to Find Out, so they don't Fuck Around.
Step 6: Rebuild. White man is diligent and able to turn dead rocky lands and desert into thriving ecosystems.
They had nukes, they gave them up right before handing the government over to central African bantu invaders.
They failed step 3 then. Oh well, best they start from the beginning then.
