It's a fake video. Look closely at his mouth. The lips do not sync with the words.
it could be, but audio not syncing with video is a relatively common part of video production. Either on the recording side, or the playback side.
On the playback side, VLC media player allows you to lag or lead audio relating to video to sync them up perfectly. Great feature
