You need some real skills and talents.
Skills (training) with electrical and hydraulic systems. Talents for outdoor work & being high in the air while doing it.
It probably pays really well too. There's lots of demand since those things break down constantly and also need regular maintenance on top of that.
That's the grift for the people who own the land and the company. The workers are just average Joes, eh? Billy-Bob driving the cement truck isn't a Extreme Greenist :/ & likely not a Dem too.
