Pretty much, it's why Labour are looking to be annihilated in the next election but will that be enough time to set things right enough before it goes to bad?
The thing I see that could tip this violent is Ireland, if the Irish decide 'fuck it, car bomb time again' and we get a new Troubles, I can see that making the English if not join in, secretly condone their activities like the Muslims do with THEIR terrorists.
I would say that would be too indiscriminate, but it turns out they very helpful that the Britain haters always run everyone else out of their little enclaves once they reach a critical mass, so a blast radius becomes less of a big deal again.
