Alright so I came up with a compromise. We get a junked Boeing plane from the scrap yard, then pack these goatfuckers in, and say "they're being deported to afghanistan, their government has no say in this." Then, as the plane flies across the Pacific ocean, KABOOM! Plane goes byebye a gogo. No casualties, just dead rats. Everyone wins.
Bonus fun idea: He gets welcomed back as a hero in terroristan, then KABOOM! Plane explodes! More dead rats.
