They blew up EVERY building they did ON PURPOSE. For various valid reasons. There were very few misses and, since most of the time people had been warned, very few casualties unless Hamas put civilians in harms way.

Their ordinance is public record. The types of weapons they use are not secret. The exact capabilities and numbers maybe, but everyone knows what they are and how accurate they are has been proven many times already.
