Blue Bloods starred White Reagan family, 3 generation NYPD, Irish Catholic, does Sunday dinners every Sunday, says grace at the table. Ran for 14 seasons.
New show: Black mom, White husband (deceased), mixed family, oldest sister is Jewish, black, but attends Southern Baptist services. Only white males are two transfer character from NYPD Blue.
